Balance in interior design is one of those things that you can’t just throw a paint roller and see your home change. You have to consider the overall look of the space, its size, your budget, and your priorities.

Sleep deprivation, as we now know, is one of the biggest killers of our mental health. We can sleep for a long time, but we dont always get the quality or quantity of sleep that we need to do our best work. For example, we’ve been hearing about the potential danger of sleep deprivation for quite a while now, and that our bodies are trying to compensate by secreting less fat, less water, and more toxins to fight sleep deprivation.
